微波烧结氧化铝陶瓷的方法

微波烧结氧化铝陶瓷的制造方法是多种多样的,除了普通粉未常压烧结法外,还有热压和热等静压烧结法、Sol-Gel法以及CVD法等,在工业上,用得多的还是普通粉未常压烧结法。
氧化铝陶瓷的普通粉未常压烧结法是在传统陶瓷制备工艺上发展起来的,是在干氢或真空条件下进行坯体烧结,这种方法简单易行,经济实用,但保温时间长烧结温度高,且致密程度较低,因而,进一步提高透光率受到了限制。
它不是靠外界热源的幅射、传导和对流来由外向里加热坯体,它是利用坯体本身吸收微波能量,从里向外和整体、均匀加热,因而,热效率更高、反应和烧结速率更快、烧结时间缩短和成本降低,并使产品达到均匀和完全致密化,从而使透过率有所提高。(图/文www.cddnvga.cn
